Ammala has been Fly Fishing for over 18 years, He is also the Chief Director of Team Caddis a Fly Fishing Company and Organization with members based internationally, as well as an Active duty Member of the U.S Army, his experiences had led him into maintaining an ambition of Fly Fishing in all international water, lakes and streams, he has set his passion for the love of Fly Fishing into a reality by traveling all over Europe and the U.S in pursuit of his passion.





If he is not Fly Fishing, he helps assist with promoting Fly Fishing products into the international markets for various company to include Sonik Sports and Esox rods, He also teaches basic casting techniques to various outdoor and tackle shops as well as local fly fishing schools in Germany. His passion started at an early age in the Boise River in Idaho, there he learn and grew into Fly Fishing, as well guided fishermen for over 2 years, that led him to his goals.

He spends most of his time pursuing European trouts all over Europe from the Austrian Alps to the Danish waterways, as well as follow the footstep of Ernest Hemmingway into the clear pristine streams and Alpine lakes of Triberg, Germany.
